Michaelangelo Frank is a senior IT and systems leader with over 25 years of international experience driving digital transformation, systems integration, and business process optimization across supply chain, logistics, procurement, manufacturing & Maintenance. He has extensive knowledge of both the IT and OT network and vast experience with data storage and analysis. His last role he served as Supply Chain & Logistics Systems Manager at NEOM, he lead the design, procurement, and implementation of end-to-end logistics platforms supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Michaelangelo brings a hands-on approach to transformation—translating business needs into scalable solutions and building cross-functional alignment from concept to execution.

His leadership includes successful roles in major industrial and logistics organizations across the Middle East and North America, including Alcoa, Ma’aden Aluminum, Ma’aden Wad al Shamal and NEOM.

He has deep expertise in process improvement, lean methodologies, and systems delivery, with a strong foundation in Oracle, Salesforce, and industry-specific platforms such as Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems & Freight Management Systems.

Michaelangelo has extensive experience working with Industrial systems such as Yokogawa, Emerson CMS and OSIsoft Pi systems. He has a deep understanding of process data collection and how to integrate this data with IT systems to create comprehensive reporting. His knowledge extends to OT network architecture, cybersecurity and data storage.

Michaelangelo has implemented Reliability and Maintenance software such as Oracle eAM, AssetWise, Hexagon J5 and Maximo. He has worked with maintenance planners and reliability engineers to implement and improve processes.

Michaelangelo has a working knowledge of Business Intelligence and has implemented Oracle OBIE. He worked closely with the businesses to build functional databases and relevant KPI reporting and analytics.

Nicolas Reitzel is an international supply chain and logistics executive with over 25 years of experience in shipping, transportation, and logistics. He combines deep operational expertise with a strong record of leading technology and digital transformation initiatives. Having lived and worked in Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, and Saudi Arabia, Nicolas brings a genuinely global perspective to building and managing organizations, systems, and customer solutions across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Over his career, Nicolas has delivered large-scale operational and IT programs both in corporate leadership roles and as a management consultant. He is known for translating business strategies into practical, technology-enabled solutions that improve performance and resilience.

He has held senior positions in general management, operations, and technology—including with A.P. Moller-Maersk, Maersk Logistics, APL Logistics, and Samskip—and most recently served as Head of Lean and Digitalization (IT) at NEOM Supply Chain & Logistics in Saudi Arabia. In this role he defined system and integration landscapes, led development of a supply chain orchestration platform, and established a new IT department for the Port of NEOM.

As a consultant and subject matter expert, Nicolas has supported global and regional logistics companies with strategy execution, new product development, process improvement, and IT system selection and implementation. His experience spans ERP, WMS, and TMS rollouts; technology-driven business process outsourcing; and shaping go-to-market strategies with diverse stakeholder groups.

Nicolas brings a hands-on yet strategic approach to every project, balancing executive leadership with practical execution. His track record reflects an ability to work across cultures and functions, build strong partnerships, and deliver sustainable improvements in complex, multinational settings.
